Demobilization and Surplus Disposal Management
WCL Group has developed niche:
- reconciliation and disposal of surplus project equipment and material
- liaison with the client Projects and Production groups,
- physical control of project surplus,
- transfer required items to the Production Group
- disposal for client investment
