Safety Advisor/Superintendent
- Responsible for supporting the Operations Teams with the effective implementation of corporate health, safety, & environmental compliance policies, programs, and plans required to comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations. Additionally, the HSE Advisor plays a critical frontline leadership role by effectively working with the Operations Teams executing programs that create and maintain a positive safety culture within each asset group they support.
Safety Supervisor
- Support the HSE Superintendent and team with planning, coordinating and implementing of effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met. Provide support to Project and Operation team in all aspects of safety, occupational health and environmental issues. Involved in Safety training, Budget Management, Loss Control, Competent Person, Risk Management/Problem solving, Liaison with regulatory agencies, Breath Alcohol Technician, Aerial lift Instructor, Job site Health, Safety, & Training Specialist.
Safety Observers
- Conduct HSE assessments with focus on people, processes, and facilities.
- Assess the implementation and quality of execution of various safety, environment, and work management systems.
- Observe and analyze the effectiveness of the rig site observation/intervention program as well as general hazard identification.
- Work closely with rig site safety officers to implement solutions for improvement opportunities
- Observe crew orientations for new rig start-ups monitoring expectations, policies, OIMS, and SMP requirements
Safety Coordinator
- Coordinates and monitors safety programs to ensure compliance with occupational safety and health regulations, company and client policies and procedures.
