Delta Conveyance Project - California Department of Water Resources

As members of the Construction Logistics Independent Review Panel, WCL Group is providing consulting services to the California DWR’s Design Construction Authority (DCA) for the $20B proposed water diversion tunnel beneath the Sacramento Delta connecting the Sacramento River to the California Aqueduct in central California. Work entails reviewing logistics plans developed by DCA and its contractors to support the project construction. The Panel’s mission is to recommend logistics execution alternatives or improvements to optimize tunnel routing, minimize socioeconomic and environmental impacts, maximize stakeholder engagement and reduce cost.

We started doing work with ExxonMobil in the Santa Barbara Channel in 1998. Our relationship with ExxonMobil has continued to evolve over the last two decades providing a variety of services on 5 different continents.
