WCL Group was founded in California in 1998, initially performing work in the Santa Barbara Channel (shown here).

Over the last 25 years, we have expanded our range of services to meet the diverse workforce needs of clients in various industries throughout the United States and across numerous continents. Our unwavering focus on delivering top-notch service and support to clients and contractors alike has earned us a stellar reputation and made us a trusted vendor for numerous Fortune 500 companies.

Our Management Team

Brian Krueger

Principal/Owner

Brian Krueger is Co-Founder and Principal of WCL Group. WCL Group provides high end management, mentoring and collaboration personnel & services to the energy, engineering & construction industries. He leads the firm’s contracting and business development activities, and focuses on sourcing, researching and executing both public and private contracts. He spent many years performing a variety of domestic & international logistics support functions for the US military and Fortune 100 companies in the Middle East, FSU, Latin America and here in the United States.

Prior to WCL, Brian served as a Director of Operations for the Logistics/Operations & Maintenance Division of Washington Group International (WGI) and Morrison Knudsen Corporation (MK), a global Engineering and Construction firm, for nearly 30 years.

Brian received a Bachelor of Science in Economics from St. Mary’s College of California in 1979

Brian is a long-time member and serves on the Board of Directors for the Society of St. Vincent DePaul

Brian resides in Boise, Idaho along with his wife and four kids.

Corey Krueger

Director of Business Development & Recruiting

Corey serves as our Director of Business Development and Recruiting, leading both our Business Development and Recruiting teams. After successfully onboarding multiple new clients, he established a dedicated recruiting team to cater effectively to our client’s unique needs. Leveraging his expertise in sales, client relations, and marketing, Corey consistently strives to exceed client expectations and seeks to develop new partnership opportunities to further grow WCL Group.

Corey is a proud alumnus of the University of Utah – David Eccles School of Business, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing.

Corey calls Boise, Idaho home.

Josie Shea

Lead Recruiter

Introducing Josie, a dynamic talent acquisition specialist currently serving as a Lead Recruiter at WCL Group. With a passion for forging meaningful career connections, Josie attributes her success to her driven personality and dedication to helping people find their dream job.

Josie’s journey commenced in IT recruiting, and through her experience at WCL, she has gained expertise in talent acquisition within the Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy sectors as well. Her engaging and compassionate nature, combined with her attention to detail are some of the reasons why candidates and clients rave about working with her.

Josie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a minor in Communications and Marketing, from Eastern Oregon University.

Bianca Nisbet

Lead Recruiter

Bianca Nisbet is a Lead Recruiter at WCL Group based out of Boise, Idaho. With her deep passion for connecting with others and building meaningful relationships, she plays a pivotal role in the company. After graduating from Boise State University with a degree in Human Resource Management, Bianca further honed her skills by obtaining a SHRM certification. Her relentless pursuit of professional excellence is mirrored in her commitment to keeping pace with evolving industry standards and best practices.

Bianca’s enthusiasm for coaching, mentoring, and strategizing shines through in her interactions with colleagues, candidates, and clients alike. She has a natural talent for figuring out what people and companies really need. This helps her create custom solutions that lead to success and build strong, lasting relationships.

Away from the professional realm, Bianca’s competitive edge comes alive in lighthearted bets on a myriad of topics, while she finds serenity in meditation and cherished moments by the waterside. At the heart of her world is her family; she revels in the joys of quality time with her husband Ryan and their two sons.
