Serve as your Company man and oversee the P&A work
- Supervise work-over operations on jack-up, land, or offshore rigs
- Prepare wells, perform reservoir abandonment, intermediate abandonment, wellhead & conductor removal
- Consider rigless vs. rig abandonment
- Plug and ensure integrity, establish annulus barrier
- Casing cut and pull

Security, Safety, Health, & Environmental
- Staffing
- Site security – regular briefings

Offshore Crane & Rigging Operations
- Onshore and offshore experience
- API RP 2D crane operation and rigging certified
- Perform pre-use inspections of crane equipment
- Highly experienced professionals
Shorebase Management
- Shipping and receiving
- Provide point-to-point materials and transportation assets coordination and control with the shorebase
- Unload supply vessels at the platform sites
- Maintain remote site inventories
- Develop processes and procedures to ensure optimum utilization of client and vendor warehoused inventory
Rig Coordinators
- Coordinate decommissioning personnel, contractors and equipment callouts; closely monitoring schedule windows and weather conditions
- Assist Wellwork Supervisors and Engineering as requested to expedite materials and personnel resources
- Provide leadership in stewarding Owners’ and Clients’ safety and environmental policies
- Initiate and process all cargo manifests, material activity and material movement forms
- Assist in cost tracking
- Process DOT and waste tracking forms as part of shipping manifests
- Coordinate with Workover Supervisors on all medical transportation and emergency evacuations
- Review pre-mobilization information for contractors to ensure all requirements for jobsite are met and current
